## Biography

Fabrice Gobert is a French director and screenwriter. He studied business at EDHEC and cinema at the Sorbonne Nouvelle before working as an assistant director.

His feature debut, *Simon Werner a disparu...* (2010, also known as *Lights Out*), was selected for Un Certain Regard at Cannes and nominated for a César for best first film. Gobert created and directed the supernatural series *The Returned* (*Les Revenants*, 2012–2015), which won an International Emmy for Best Drama Series.

Subsequent credits include directing and writing *K.O.* (2017) and directing the series *Mytho* (*Mythomaniac*, 2019–2021) and *La Maison* (2024).
