## Biography

Faith Omole is a British actress and writer. Born in London in 1992 to Nigerian parents, she trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She has appeared in several West End and touring productions, and received a Laurence Olivier Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical for her role in *Standing at the Sky's Edge* (2022).

On television, Omole is known for playing Bisma, the bassist in the all-female Muslim punk band, in the Channel 4 series *We Are Lady Parts* (2021–2024). She previously appeared as Olive Reynolds in an episode of *Endeavour* (2019). Omole is also a playwright; her debut play *My Father's Fable* was staged at the Bush Theatre in 2024, and she won the Alfred Fagon Award in 2023 for an earlier work.

She is married to actor Paul Syrstad, whom she met while studying acting at university, and is sometimes credited under her married name, Faith Syrstad.
