## Biography

Felicia D. Henderson is an American television writer, producer, screenwriter and director. She trained through the Warner Bros. Writers Workshop and began as an apprentice writer on the sitcom *Family Matters*, later working on *The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air*.

Henderson created and executive produced the Showtime series *Soul Food* (2000–2004), which earned three NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Drama Series. She served as co-executive producer and writer on *Fringe* (2008–2009), for which she received a Writers Guild of America nomination, and has written for series including *Gossip Girl*, *Everybody Hates Chris* and *Empire*. She has also written for DC Comics titles such as *Teen Titans* and *Static Shock*.
