Felix Mills (born Gordon Mills) was an American composer, arranger and conductor. Born on 28 July 1901 in Fort Collins, Colorado, he worked extensively in radio during the 1930s and 1940s.

He served as musical director for the Disney radio series *The Mickey Mouse Theater of the Air* in 1938 and for CBS Radio's *Silver Theater* from 1937 to 1947. Mills conducted his own orchestra and appeared at the Hollywood Bowl. His film credits include uncredited composition for *His Girl Friday* (1940), alongside Sidney Cutner, and other 1930s and 1940s productions such as *Child Bride* (1938). He died on 5 April 1987 in Morro Bay, California.
