## Biography

Filippo Del Giudice (26 March 1892 – 1 January 1963) was an Italian film producer. Born in Trani, Italy, he trained as a lawyer before fleeing fascist Italy in 1933 and settling in Britain. In 1937 he co-founded the production company Two Cities Films with Mario Zampi, initially serving as its legal adviser before becoming a producer.

During the Second World War he produced or was involved with several notable British films, including *In Which We Serve* (1942), *This Happy Breed* (1944), *Mr. Emmanuel* (1944) and *Henry V* (1944). He later established Pilgrim Pictures and worked on titles such as *Hamlet* (1948). Del Giudice returned to Italy in the early 1950s.
