## Biography

Flora Birnbaum is a writer, producer and director. She was a 2017 Sundance New Voices Fellow and created the digital series *Cleansed*, which she wrote and directed; it premiered at SXSW in 2018.

Her television writing credits include an episode of *Russian Doll* (2019), three episodes of *American Crime Story* (2021) and an episode of *Tell Me Lies* (2026). She has also served as a producer on *American Crime Story* and as co-executive producer on *Tell Me Lies*. She received Writers Guild of America nominations for her work on *Russian Doll* and *American Crime Story*.

Birnbaum is directing her debut feature film *Self Help*, starring Kirsten Dunst, which is in pre-production.
