France Rumilly is a French actress. She was born Marie-Françoise Suzanne Jeanne Rumilly on 1 May 1939 in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. She trained at drama school after studying in a convent and at the Institut Saint-Vincent-de-Paul.

Rumilly made her screen debut in the 1963 sketch film *Les Veinards*, playing alongside Louis de Funès. She is best known for her recurring role as Sister Clotilde in the *Gendarme* series, appearing in *Le Gendarme de Saint-Tropez* (1964), *The Gendarme in New York* (1965), *The Gendarme Gets Married* (1968), *The Gendarme Takes Off* (1970), *The Gendarme and the Creatures from Outer Space* (1979) and *The Gendarme and the Gendarmettes* (1982). She also appeared as the Woman Selling Eyeglasses in Jacques Tati’s *PlayTime* (1967).

Other credits include *The Restaurant* (1966), *Let's Not Get Angry* (1966) and *Twist Again in Moscow* (1986). Her final feature film role was in 1986.
