Francis Guinan (also credited as Francis V. Guinan) is an American actor. Born on 17 November 1951 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, he has worked in film, television and theatre.

He has been an ensemble member of the Steppenwolf Theatre Company since 1979 and appeared on Broadway in *August: Osage County*. On television he played Edgar Teller in the series *Eerie, Indiana* (1991) and has made guest appearances in series including *Grey's Anatomy*, *CSI: Miami*, *That '70s Show* and *Chicago P.D.*.

His film roles include Rupert in *Speed 2: Cruise Control* (1997), FBI Assistant Director Noonan in *Hannibal* (2001), Father Garret in *Constantine* (2005) and Master Pakku in *The Last Airbender* (2010).
