Frank C. Turner is a Canadian actor and iconographer. Born on 2 June 1951 in Wainwright, Alberta, he received a BFA in acting from the University of Alberta in 1975.

He performed in theatres across western Canada and Ontario before moving to Vancouver in 1983, after which he worked mainly in film and television. His credits include *Unforgiven* (1992), *It* (1990), *Sonic the Hedgehog* (2020) as Crazy Carl, *2012* (2009) and guest roles in series such as *Supernatural*, *The X-Files* and *Smallville*.

Since 1991 Turner has also worked in Byzantine iconography. He studied under Vladislav Andreyev and others, has completed around fifty icons and was a founding member of the Epiphany Sacred Arts Guild.
