Frank Collison is an American actor. Born in Evanston, Illinois, on 14 February 1950, he trained at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco. He earned a BA in theatre from San Francisco State University and an MFA in acting from the University of California, San Diego. Collison is a founding member of the Pacific Resident Theatre in Venice, California.

He began his film and television career after moving to Los Angeles in 1984. Collison is known for playing Horace Bing in the series *Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman* (1993) and Wash Hogwallop in the film *O Brother, Where Art Thou?* (2000). Other credits include *The Village* (2004), *The Happening* (2008) as Nursery Owner, and guest roles in *American Horror Story* and *Twin Peaks*.
