Frank DiLeo was an American actor and music industry executive. He played the role of Tuddy Cicero in Martin Scorsese's *Goodfellas* (1990).

DiLeo began his career in the music industry in the late 1960s as a record distributor in Pittsburgh. He managed Michael Jackson from 1984 to 1989 and again in 2009. His other film roles include appearances in *Moonwalker* (1988), *Wayne's World* (1992) and *Wayne's World 2* (1993).

He was born on 23 October 1947 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and died on 24 August 2011 in North Lima, Ohio.
