Frank John Hughes is an American actor and screenwriter. Born on 11 November 1967 in New York City, he began his career in stage productions before moving into independent films.

He is known for his portrayal of William J. Guarnere in the HBO miniseries *Band of Brothers* (2001), Tom Fox in *Catch Me If You Can* (2002), Walden Belfiore in *The Sopranos* (2007) and Tim Woods in *24* (2009–2010). Hughes has also written screenplays, including for the films *Leave* (2011) and *The Dark Tourist* (2012).
