Frank Laverty is an Irish actor. He trained at drama college in Dublin and began his professional career with the Abbey Theatre, where he has appeared regularly for over twenty years in productions including *The House*, *Donegal*, *Translations* and *Aristocrats*.

On screen, he is known for roles in *Michael Collins* (1996) as Sean McKeoin, *Angela's Ashes* (1999) as Young Paddy Clohessy, *The General* (1998) as Garda 1 and *Noble* (2014) as Garda. Television credits include Michael in the 2019 series *The Virtues*, Ciaran in *Bad Sisters* (2022) and DS Jordan in *Emmerdale* (2021–2025). He has also appeared in *Glenroe* and *The Abduction Club* (2002).
