Frank Military is an American television writer, producer and actor. He began his career in the mid-1980s, writing two episodes of the series *Miami Vice* and appearing as an actor in one episode of the show.

Military later wrote episodes of *The Equalizer*, *NCIS*, *The Unit*, *Jericho* and *Three Rivers*. He has been a writer, director and executive producer on *NCIS: Los Angeles* since 2010. He also wrote the television films *Buffalo Soldiers* (1997), *Blind Faith* (1998) and *Deacons for Defense* (2003).
