Frank P. Keller (4 February 1913 – 25 December 1977) was an American film and television editor. He edited two episodes from the first season of the series *Star Trek* (1966).

Keller's feature film credits include *Bullitt* (1968), for which he won the Academy Award for Best Film Editing. He edited six early films directed by Peter Yates, from *Bullitt* to *Mother, Jugs & Speed* (1976). Other credits include *Pocketful of Miracles* (1961), *The Hot Rock* (1972), *Murphy's War* (1971), *Jonathan Livingston Seagull* (1973), *Gargoyles* (1972) and *Rolling Thunder* (1977).

He received Academy Award nominations for *Beach Red* (1967), *The Hot Rock* and *Jonathan Livingston Seagull*. Keller won an Emmy Award for editing the television film *Our Mr. Sun* (1956).
