Frank Pando is a Chilean-American actor and writer. Born in Valparaíso, Chile, on 18 November 1971, he began his screen career in 1999.

He is known for recurring roles as Agent Frank Grasso in *The Sopranos* (1999–2007) and appearances in series including *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit*, *The Blacklist*, *Blindspot*, *Chicago Fire* and *New Amsterdam*. Film credits include *Man on a Ledge* (2012), *Money Monster* (2016) and *You Were Never Really Here* (2017), in which he played Angel. He has also worked in theatre, including a Broadway production of *A Streetcar Named Desire* (2005).
