## Biography

Frank Passingham is a cinematographer who has worked primarily in stop-motion and computer animation. He served as director of photography on the Aardman Animations feature *Chicken Run* (2000), alongside Tristan Oliver, and on the television series *Creature Comforts* (2003–2006).

Passingham has also been director of photography on *Flushed Away* (2006), *The Pirates! Band of Misfits* (2012), *Kubo and the Two Strings* (2016) and *Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio* (2022). Earlier in his career he worked as a key animator on *The Secret Adventures of Tom Thumb* (1993). He directed the features *The Magic Roundabout* (2005) and *Doogal* (2006).
