Fred Kohlmar (1905–1969) was an American film producer. A former agent, he worked as an executive assistant to Samuel Goldwyn before entering production in the late 1930s. He produced films primarily for 20th Century-Fox, Paramount Pictures and Columbia Pictures.

His credits include *The Glass Key* (1942), *The Dark Corner* (1946), *Kiss of Death* (1947), *The Ghost and Mrs. Muir* (1947), *Picnic* (1955), *Pal Joey* (1957), *Bye Bye Birdie* (1963) and *How to Steal a Million* (1966). *Picnic* received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture. He was the son of actor Lee Kohlmar.
