Fred Mandl (13 July 1908 – 21 February 1985) was a German-born cinematographer who worked primarily in American film and television. Born in Cologne, he later settled in the United States and became a member of the American Society of Cinematographers.

He served as director of photography on the television series *The Fugitive* (1963–1964, 17 episodes), *The Munsters* (1964–1965) and *The Twilight Zone* (1964). Earlier in his career he worked as a camera operator on feature films including *The Pride and the Passion* (1957) and *The Big Country* (1958). His later credits include *The Seven Minutes* (1971) and several television movies.
