Freda Foh Shen is an American actress. Born on 25 April 1948 in Atlanta, Georgia, she began her career in theatre and was a member of the original Broadway cast of the musical *Pacific Overtures* in 1976.

She is known for voicing Fa Li in the Disney film *Mulan* (1998) and its sequel *Mulan II* (2004). Her other screen credits include roles in *Basic Instinct* (1992), *Planet of the Apes* (2001), *Star Trek* (2009), *The Lone Ranger* (2013) and *Ad Astra* (2019), as well as a recurring role as Anne Lee in the series *9-1-1* (2019–present).
