Freddie Simpson, also credited as Fredda Marie Simpson or Freddie Marie Simpson, is an American actress. She played Ellen Sue Gotlander in the 1992 film *A League of Their Own* and reprised the role in the 1993 television series. Her other screen credits include the role of Tina in *Popcorn* (1991) and appearances in *Thunderboat Row* (1989) and the short film *Blue* (2002).

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Simpson trained at the University of Kentucky and worked as a model before entering acting. After a small number of film and television roles in the late 1980s and early 1990s, she left acting and trained in physical therapy, yoga and traditional Chinese medicine. She now owns and operates an acupuncture practice in Charlottesville, Virginia.
