## Biography

Frédéric Graziani (12 July 1960 – 14 March 2013) was a French actor, director, screenwriter and producer. Born and died in Paris, he appeared in numerous films and television series, including a role as the prison warden in Jacques Audiard’s *A Prophet* (2009). He was best known for playing Manu Mordiconi in the Canal+ series *Mafiosa* (2006–2012), and the final season was dedicated to him after his death.

Graziani directed the feature *Le Cadeau d’Elena* (2004), in which he also acted, and several shorts. He produced work through his company Films du Roseau and composed music for his films. He also taught at the Cours Peyran Lacroix.
