Fredric M. Frank (9 July 1911 – 9 May 1977) was an American screenwriter. Born in New York City, he worked frequently with director Cecil B. DeMille on epic productions including *Unconquered* (1947), *Samson and Delilah* (1949), *The Greatest Show on Earth* (1952) and *The Ten Commandments* (1956). He shared an Academy Award for Best Story for *The Greatest Show on Earth*.

Frank’s other feature credits include *El Cid* (1961). He also wrote episodes for television series such as *Hazel* (1965) and *Sugarfoot* (1958).
