## Biography

Gabriel Llanas is an American television writer and producer. His writing credits include episodes of *Grey's Anatomy* (2013–2014), where he also worked as story editor and executive story editor, *Private Practice* (2012–2013), *Supergirl* (2016–2019), *Second Chance* (2016), *National Treasure: Edge of History* (2022–2023), *Party of Five* (2020), *Avatar: The Last Airbender* (2024) and *The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live* (2024). He has also held producer and co-executive producer roles on several of these series.

Llanas began in production staff positions on *Private Practice* before moving into writing. He wrote the 2008 short film *East L.A.*. He graduated from Lake Forest Academy in 1996 and from Macalester College with a degree in Spanish literature and a minor in English, later studying screenwriting at the University of Southern California.
