## Biography

Gabriela Rodríguez is a Venezuelan film producer based in London. She runs the production company Esperanto Filmoj and has collaborated extensively with director Alfonso Cuarón.

She began her career as an intern at Esperanto Filmoj before becoming Cuarón’s personal assistant. She later served as associate producer on *Gravity* (2013) and the short film *Aningaaq* (2013), and as producer on *Roma* (2018). She has also worked as executive producer on *Raymond & Ray* (2022) and producer on *Le Pupille* (2022).

For *Roma*, Rodríguez received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture, becoming the first Latin American woman nominated in that category. She shared two BAFTA awards and a British Independent Film Award for the film.
