Gabrielle Ruiz is an American actress. She is best known for portraying Valencia Perez in the CW musical comedy-drama series *Crazy Ex-Girlfriend* (2015–2019), initially in a recurring capacity before becoming a series regular.

Born in Edinburg, Texas, Ruiz trained in dance from a young age and graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance in 2007. Prior to her television work, she appeared in several Broadway productions, including *In the Heights* and the revival of *Evita*.

Her other television credits include guest roles in *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* (2013), *Orange Is the New Black* (2016) and *Modern Family* (2019).
