Garland Whitt is an American actor. He was born on 18 December 1970 in the United States.

His film roles include John Artis in *The Hurricane* (1999), Kenny in *Save the Last Dance* (2001) and Crackhead #1 in *Training Day* (2001). Later credits include the Theatre Manager in *Dolemite Is My Name* (2019) and voice work as Quint in the animated series *The Last Kids on Earth* (2019–2021). Whitt has also appeared in guest roles on television series including *The Cosby Show*, *Law & Order*, *CSI: Crime Scene Investigation*, *The Shield* and *Justified*.
