Garrett Donovan is an American television writer and producer. He has frequently collaborated with writing partner Neil Goldman.

Donovan wrote episodes of *Family Guy* in its first two seasons (1999–2000) and contributed to *Step by Step* (1998). He spent eight years on *Scrubs* (2001–2009) as a writer and producer. From 2009 to 2012 he served as executive producer and co-wrote an episode of *Community*. With Goldman he developed and wrote for *Superior Donuts* (2017–2018) and has written episodes of *The Odd Couple* (2016) and *HouseBroken* (2021–2023).
