Gary McCarver is an animation director and storyboard artist. He worked on the animated series *King of the Hill* (1997) from its first season through season eight, directing sixteen episodes and contributing storyboards to others.

His other credits include directing episodes of *Mission Hill* (1999) and *The Oblongs* (2001), as well as animation department roles on *The Simpsons Movie* (2007), *CatDog* (1998) and *Rocko's Modern Life* (1993). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination in 1997 for Outstanding Animated Program for his work on *King of the Hill*.
