## Biography

Gavin Dell is an American animation director, animator, storyboard artist and character designer. He attended the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles from 1989 and has worked on more than twenty-five television series, films and video games.

He directed three episodes of *Family Guy* in 2000–2001. His other directing credits include episodes of *Bordertown* (2016), *Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?* (2019) and *Central Park* (2020). He has also contributed as an animator or storyboard artist to series including *The Simpsons* and *Futurama*, and to films such as *Hercules* (1997).

Dell is the founder of the Hollywood Animation Academy in Kansas City.
