Gene Havlick (born Eugene Charles Havlick, 16 March 1894 – 11 May 1959) was an American film editor. He worked primarily at Columbia Pictures from 1929 to 1957, after a brief period at Universal, and edited more than 100 films over a 30-year career.

His credits include *It Happened One Night* (1934), *Mr. Deeds Goes to Town* (1936), *Lost Horizon* (1937), *You Can't Take It with You* (1938), *Mr. Smith Goes to Washington* (1939) and *His Girl Friday* (1940). Havlick received three Academy Award nominations for Best Film Editing, winning one for *Lost Horizon* (shared with Gene Milford).
