Geoffrey Bellman was a British writer, actor and producer. He was born on 14 August 1914 in Willesden, London, and died in 2001 in Kensington, London.

Bellman wrote two episodes of the television series *The Avengers* in 1961. He created *Harpers West One* (1961–1963), writing several episodes, and created and wrote for *The Informer* (1966–1967). His other writing credits include episodes of *Ghost Squad*, *The Plane Makers* and *Fraud Squad*.

As an actor, he appeared in television series such as *Escape* (1957) and the short film *The Drayton Case* (1953).
