Georg Årlin was a Swedish actor. He was born on 30 December 1916 in Rödeby, Karlskrona municipality, and died on 27 June 1992 in Lövestad.

Årlin trained at Dramatens elevskola from 1935 to 1937 and worked in theatre at Malmö Stadsteater and the Royal Dramatic Theatre. He appeared in more than 50 films between 1940 and 1988, including roles as the Provost in the Emil films (1971–1973), Tengil in *The Brothers Lionheart* (1977) and the Colonel in the theatre sequence of *Fanny and Alexander* (1982). He played Fredrik in Ingmar Bergman’s *Cries and Whispers* (1972).
