## Biography

George Salazar is an American actor and singer known for his work on and off Broadway. Born on 7 March 1986 in Kissimmee, Florida, he graduated with a BFA in musical theatre from the University of Florida. He made his Broadway debut in the 2011 revival of *Godspell*.

Salazar originated the role of Michael Mell in *Be More Chill*, performing it in the 2018 Off-Broadway and 2019 Broadway productions. He also originated the role of Grover in *The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical* and played Seymour Krelborn in a Pasadena Playhouse production of *Little Shop of Horrors*. On screen, he had a recurring role as George Conway in *Impeachment: American Crime Story* (2021). In 2025 he made his feature film debut voicing Happy, with facial motion capture, in Disney's *Snow White*.
