## Biography

Gerry Floyd is a British cinematographer. He studied BA (Hons) Photography, Film and Television at the London College of Communication from 1979 to 1982, followed by film at the Royal College of Art.

Floyd has worked as director of photography on feature films including *Notes on Blindness* (2016), directed by Peter Middleton and James Spinney, for which he won the Golden Frog at the 2016 Camerimage Festival. He previously shot the related shorts *Notes on Blindness – Rainfall* (2013) and *Notes on Blindness* (2014). Other credits include *Honeymooner* (2010) and *Tomorrow La Scala!* (2002).
