Gilberte Najamy was an American domestic violence victims' advocate. Born on 11 April 1952 in Danbury, Connecticut, she founded Kathy's Place, a safe haven for victims of domestic violence, in memory of her friend Kathleen 'Kathie' McCormack Durst, who disappeared in 1982.

Najamy appeared as herself in several documentaries examining the Durst case. She featured in three episodes of the HBO series *The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst* (2015), as well as *Vanity Fair Confidential* (2015) and *Robert Durst: An ID Murder Mystery* (2019). She died on 26 July 2015.
