Giorgio Armani was an Italian fashion designer whose work extended to film costume design. He received a credit for Brad Pitt’s evening attire on *Inglourious Basterds* (2009).

Armani founded his company in 1975 and collaborated on numerous films, including designing the wardrobe for Richard Gere in *American Gigolo* (1980) and contributing to *The Untouchables* (1987). He appeared as himself in documentaries such as *Valentino: The Last Emperor* (2008).

Born in Piacenza, Italy, Armani died on 4 September 2025.
