Giovanna Ottobre-Melton is an American costume designer whose credits span feature films and television series from the mid-1980s onwards.

She designed costumes for the film *The Rapture* (1991). Her other film work includes *The Mist* (2007) and *Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice* (1992). On television she has worked on series including *Freddy's Nightmares* (1988), *Space: Above and Beyond* (1995–1996), *Providence* (1999–2002), *Mob City* (2013) and *Marvel's Agent Carter* (2015). She received a Primetime Emmy Award for her work on *Space: Above and Beyond*.
