Glenn Corbett (born Glenn Edwin Rothenburg; 17 August 1933 – 16 January 1993) was an American actor. Born in El Monte, California, the son of a garage mechanic, he served in the United States Navy as a Seabee. He began acting in campus theatre productions at Occidental College in Los Angeles after meeting his first wife there, and made his film debut in *The Crimson Kimono* (1959).

Corbett gained prominence replacing George Maharis on the series *Route 66* (1963–1964). He appeared in films including *Shenandoah* (1965), *Chisum* (1970), *Big Jake* (1971) and *Midway* (1976), and guest-starred in *Star Trek* (1967) as Zefram Cochrane. His television work included regular roles in *The Doctors* (1976–1981) and *Dallas* (1983–1988), as well as the part of Agent Spelling in *The Rockford Files* (1979).
