Glenn Withrow is an American actor, writer, producer and director. Born in Highland Heights, Kentucky, he began acting in the mid-1970s after moving to Los Angeles.

He appeared in several films directed by Francis Ford Coppola, including as Tim Shepard in *The Outsiders* (1983), Biff Wilcox in *Rumble Fish* (1983), Ed Popke in *The Cotton Club* (1984) and Terry in *Peggy Sue Got Married* (1986). Other film and television credits include Willie in *Beverly Hills Cop II* (1987), roles in *ALF* (1986–1987) and *By Dawn's Early Light* (1990). He has directed and produced films including *The Mooring* (2012) and *The Last Champion* (2020). Withrow has been married to actress Hallie Todd since 1991.
