Gordon B. Clarke (1906–1972) was an American actor who appeared in supporting roles in film and television from the 1940s to the early 1970s. He was born on 2 May 1906 in St. Paul, Minnesota, and died on 11 January 1972 in New York City.

His film credits include the role of Cashier in *The Hustler* (1961), as well as uncredited parts in *The Three Musketeers* (1948), *Where Danger Lives* (1950) and *Once Upon a Honeymoon* (1942).
