Gordon Chan Kar-Seung (Chinese: 陳嘉上), also credited as Gordon Chan Ka-Seung, is a Hong Kong filmmaker who works as a director, screenwriter and producer.

He received a screenplay credit on *Hard Boiled* (1992). His other credits as director and writer include *Fight Back to School* (1991), *Fist of Legend* (1994), *Thunderbolt* (1995), *Beast Cops* (1998), *Painted Skin* (2008) and *Legend of the Fist: The Return of Chen Zhen* (2010).

Chan won Hong Kong Film Awards for Best Director and Best Picture for *Beast Cops*.
