## Biography

Grace Alie is a production designer and art director. She has worked on features, television series and shorts, with credits including art direction on *Short Term 12* (2013) and production design on *Lemon* (2017), *Miss Virginia* (2019), *The Nowhere Inn* (2020), *PEN15* (2019–2021) and *The Chair* (2021).

Originally from Chicago, Alie graduated from the Art Institute of Portland and is based in Los Angeles. Her production design on the Hulu series *PEN15* recreated early-2000s junior-high settings, drawing on her own memories and those of the creative team.

Additional credits include production design on *Self Reliance* (2023) and various comedy specials and pilots.
