## Biography

Grant Montgomery is a Scottish production designer. He has worked extensively in film and television, with credits including the series *Peaky Blinders* (2013–2014) and *Dept. Q* (2025), and the films *Tolkien* (2019), *Ghost Stories* (2017), *The Limehouse Golem* (2016), *The Secret Garden* (2020), *The Wonder* (2022) and *Last Breath* (2025).

Montgomery received the Royal Television Society Award for Best Production Design for *The Crimson Petal and the White* (2011) and was nominated for BAFTA awards for his work on *Peaky Blinders*. He received a British Independent Film Award nomination for *The Wonder* (2022). He has also designed *Sanditon* (2019), *Gunpowder* (2017) and *Birdsong* (2012), and lectures on production design at universities in the UK and Ireland.
