Grant Shaud is an American actor. Born Edward Grant Shaud III on 27 February 1961 in Evanston, Illinois, he graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in journalism and moved to New York City in 1984 to pursue acting in theatre.

He is best known for playing Miles Silverberg on the sitcom *Murphy Brown* (1988–1996, 2018). His other television credits include Steve Kaiser in *Pushing Daisies* (2007), Judge Etts in *The Good Wife* (2012), Henry Horn in *Curb Your Enthusiasm* (2011), and voice roles in *Batman: The Animated Series* (1994) and *Godzilla: The Series* (1998). Film appearances include *Wall Street* (1987) and voice work in *Antz* (1998).
