Gregory Plotkin is an American film editor and director. A Los Angeles native, he graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in English and began his career in the editorial department, assisting on films including *The Insider* (1999) and *He's Just Not That Into You* (2009). He progressed to lead editor with *Untraceable* (2009).

Plotkin is known for editing horror and comedy films such as *Get Out* (2017), *Happy Death Day* (2017), *Game Night* (2018), *The Nun II* (2023) and *A Quiet Place: Day One* (2024). He edited multiple entries in the *Paranormal Activity* franchise and made his directorial debut with *Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension* (2015). He also directed *Hell Fest* (2018).
