## Biography

Gregory Prange, also credited as Greg Prange, is an American film editor, television director and producer. He began working in the industry in the late 1970s, initially as an editor on films and television projects, before moving into directing and producing roles from the mid-1980s onwards.

Prange directed episodes of series including *Airwolf* (1986), *Dawson's Creek* (1999–2003, 16 episodes) and *One Tree Hill* (2003–2012, 31 episodes). He also served as a producer or executive producer on *Dawson's Creek* (128 episodes) and *One Tree Hill* (187 episodes), as well as later series such as *Rizzoli & Isles*.

He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for editing and an ALMA Award nomination for directing an episode of *Dawson's Creek*. Prange is the father of Ian Prange, formerly partnered with actress Hilarie Burton.
