Gregory Scott Cummins is an American character actor. Born on 10 March 1956 in Orinda, California, he is known for his role as Ryan in the film *Cliffhanger* (1993) and recurring appearances as Luther in *It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia* (from 2005) and as Detective Moore (Crate) in *Bosch* (2014–2021) and its spin-off *Bosch: Legacy*.

He has appeared in supporting roles in films including *Batman Returns* (1992) and *The Italian Job* (2003), as well as guest roles in series such as *Bones* (2005), *NCIS* (2003) and *S.W.A.T.* (2017). Cummins holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.F.A. in Acting from the University of California, Los Angeles (1985).
