Gwen Eckhaus is a Dutch actress and screenwriter. She was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has worked primarily in Dutch film and television.

She is known for her role as Lieneke in the 1988 film *The Vanishing* (*Spoorloos*). Other acting credits include *Evenings* (1989) and recurring or guest roles in series such as *Spangen* (1999–2006), *Spoorloos verdwenen* (2007) and *De hoofdprijs* (2009).
