H.E. Fowle, also known as Chick Fowle or Henry Edward Fowle, was a British cinematographer. He was born in London on 24 December 1915 and died in Warwickshire on 16 June 1995.

Fowle began his career in the 1930s working on British documentaries, including *Night Mail* (1936) and *Listen to Britain* (1942) for the GPO Film Unit and Crown Film Unit. He later moved to Brazil, where he contributed to films produced by Companhia Cinematográfica Vera Cruz and others.

Among his credits are *The Bandit* (1953) and *The Given Word* (1962), on which he is credited as Chick Fowle.
